Spring Coffee Morning

On Wednesday we had a wonderful morning for our Spring Coffee Morning!

We dressed the building in balloons and banners, and there was even a visit from a monkey (Sally!) who drummed up business from the street, and got plenty of hoots from passing cars!

We opened our doors to everybody to help raise funds for CCiS and we raised a brilliant £140!

Chief executive Karen Hare said of the fund-raising, “Every penny that we get is spent here in Suffolk, so we are a charity firmly-rooted in the community and we can’t thank people enough for their support today. £140 is a tremendous amount and we’re delighted”.

“A big thank you to everyone who took time to bake and contribute to this, our first coffee morning. We had a delicious selection. We look forward to seeing you at our summer one”.

Thank you once again to everybody who came along, baked for us, donated and supported us!
